31. General approach to the reliability of work of the mini-bakery on the mobile platform

Abstract 
The possibilities of using technological equipment and technology for designing a mini-bakery on a mobile platform are considered and analyzed. The main directions of the possible management of the technological system for the production of bakery products in the context of deformation effects of the external environment are proposed and the direction of reliability of the operation of the complex on wheels is generalized.
