01. Effect of shelf live of the inulin containing raw materials upon  their carbohydrate composition

The article shows the effect of storage time inulincontent plant materials on its carbohydrate composition. We studied the tubers of Jerusalem artichoke, chicory roots, burdock, dandelion and scorzonera.
