FOOD RESOURCES – a collection of scientific works, which addresses the actual theoretical and practical problems of the food industry in Ukraine and the processing of agricultural raw materials in conditions of market transformations. The socio-economic, structural, innovation-technological and environmental aspects of the food industry, its branches and sub-sectors in Ukraine and in the world are researched and generalized. Proposed measures to improve efficiency and competitiveness, improve the scientific, technical and financial support for the development of food and processing industry in the domestic and world markets.
Before publication, review, experimental and methodical articles, which correspond to the following topics: biotechnology, economics, food industry, storage of crop production and livestock, are accepted.
The collection is included in the list of scientific professional editions of Ukraine in which the results of dissertation papers for obtaining the scientific degrees of the doctor and the candidate of sciences may be published: on technical sciences approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine from 17.03.2020 № 409.
Founder: Institute of Food Resources of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.
