The materials of the collection of scientific works "Food Resources" are devoted to solving the actual theoretical and practical problems of the development of the food industry and the processing of agricultural raw materials amid market transformations. In the articles of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, socio-economic, structural, innovative-technological and ecological aspects of the food industry are studied and summarized, measures are proposed to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of food production, improve scientific, technical and financial support for the development of the food and processing industry in Ukraine and abroad.

The collection of scientific works is intended for scientists, specialists, representatives of specialized educational institutions, and all interested persons.

The collection of scientific works "Food Resources" is included in the List of scientific professional editions of Ukraine, in which the results of dissertations for obtaining the scientific degrees of doctor and candidate of sciences can be published: in technical and economic sciences (specialties - 051, 162, 181, order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 17.03.2020 № 409 as amended the order of 06.20.2023 № 768).

Founder: Institute of Food Resources of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.

The year of establishment is 2013.

Periodicity – 2 times a year.
