The international conference "Strategy for the Development of Sugars and Natural Sweeteners"

ємблема           The international conference "Strategy for the Development of Sugars and Natural Sweeteners" will be held on December 15-16,2021in Kyiv, Ukraine.
The conference will explore and discuss recent advances and innovations inthe development of sugars and natural sweeteners. This conference is an event for the participation of researchers, academicians, Ph.D. Scholars, PG students, innovators, scientists, industry practitioners to discuss current research and future aspects of sugar and natural sweeteners. This conference will be a good platform to share research and experience.
Submission of abstract invited based on the following thrust areas:
-       Different types of sugars (beet, cane, palm, etc.), their properties, and features of the application
-       Innovative technologies for different types of sugars obtaining
-       Sugar and glucose-fructose syrups, honey, and features of use
-       Other natural sweeteners (stevioside, erythritol, allulose, trеhalose, etc.)
-       Raw materials for sweet substances and prebiotics (sorghum, Jerusalem artichoke, chicory, yacon, burdock, stevia, lippia, monk fruit, etc.)
-       Sugar syrups incl. invert for beekeeping
-       Natural sweeteners in food and health products
-       Non-food use of sugar and sugar-containing raw materials (including bioethanol and fossil raw materials for greening the chemical industry)
So, with this view, we take this opportunity to invite you, your colleagues, and your friends to participate by sending research abstracts and case studies based on their original research work.
The e-collection of Conference Proceedings will be posted on December 15, 2021.
Proceeding of selected abstracts (article) shall be published in the Book of Proceedings.
The form of participation is correspondence (due to the Сovid-19 epidemic).
A Webinar for all participants will be organized within the conference.
E-certificates and conference materials will be provided to all participants. Paper submission deadline December 7, 2021.
