Abstract
The use of raw material with high maintenance of starch and sugar on the biofuel production, reduces its costs on food products and limited the increase of its value. These factors adversely effect on a prime price and profitability of bioethanol. The attraction of cellulosecontaining raw material for the bioethanol production is an issue of the day because of its insignificant cost and plenty. A purpose of work is development of scientific bases of technological process of bioethanol production from mixture of starch- and cellulosecontaining raw material. Industrial wastes of corn processing as a source of starch and post-harvest wastes of cereal cultures (wheat straw, corn stalk and sugar sorghum) as a source of cellulose were investigated. Researches with the use of classic control methods of chemical and biochemical catalysis of plant polysaccharides, existing in alcohol industry and accepted in international practice, were conducted. Monosugars yield from post-harvest wastes of sugar sorghum and corn after a delignification and enzymatic hydrolysis was higher on the average on 27 % in comparing to the wheat straw. Duration of enzymatic hydrolysis starch-cellulose corn substrate was 20 hours, the alcohol yield was on 1,2 decaliter higher, than in control. It is proposed to carry out enzymatic hydrolysis of starch- and cellulosecontaining raw material on the separate stages, and fermentation to conduct together. The flow diagram of bioethanol production from starchcontaining raw material and ligninecellulose biomass is developed
Key words: starch, cellulose, lignin, delignification, hydrolysis, bioethanol
