Abstract
Subject of research. The peculiarities of the economic opinion formation regarding the market regulation in the conditions of the economic relations transformation in the country. Purpose. Propose the author's approach to the illustration of theoretical approaches to the market regulation, considering the transformation of economic relations in the country, based on the generalized research. Methods. The following methods of scientific study were used to solve the research tasks: theoretical generalization, dialectical, historical-logical methods, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction methods, and the method of scientific abstraction. Results. It has been established that the main directions of modern world economic science reflect alternative models of the capitalism development: neoclassical (monetarist) – development based on the mechanism of market self-regulation; Keynesian (neo-Keynesian) – development with an active state influence on the economy. We should also not ignore such important directions of world economic science as social-institutional and Marxist. They criticize (everyone from its own positions) the possibilities of the market mechanism in the development of the economy and in the solution of social problems; they support the recognition of the regulatory role of the state in the economy, its exceptional role in the development of society and a limited historical role of the capitalism as a social-economic system. It is proved that the central problem in the study of the market economy is the determination of proportions in the country's economy. This is the most general proportion between production and consumption, the ratio between the means of production and consumer goods and services created during the year as part of the social product. This is the most general proportion between production and consumption, the proportion between means of production and consumer goods and services created during a year as part of social product. Although they create a simplified and abstracted from several factors idea of the reproduction process, they allow to identify the main, most significant relationships and describe them in the system of indicators. There are several historical approaches to the description of the interrelationships of national reproduction. Scope of research results. The results of the study can be used in the process of the elaboration of macroeconomic measures system for the development of administrative and territorial entities and the country in general.
Key words: market, market regulation, economic theory, economic proportions, self-regulation
