Abstract
Subject of research. A set of theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of the formation of the production risk management system of milk processing enterprises. The purpose of the study. Purpose. The development of theoretical and methodological principles and the development of practical proposals for the formation of a system of management of production risks of milk processing enterprises. Methods. The following methods of scientific knowledge were used in the research process: logical-analytical methods, in particular methods of analogy and comparison, induction and deduction, scientific abstraction – for theoretical generalization, clarification of the conceptual apparatus of the problem, formulation of conclusions; the method of expert assessments – when determining factors of production risks of a milk processing enterprise and conducting an assessment of the effectiveness of the risk management system; monographic – for a detailed study of individual elements of the studied phenomenon using the example of specific objects. Results. The article is devoted to the study of organizational principles of production risk management of milk processing enterprises. It has been proven that under the current conditions of the development of enterprises in the agrarian sector, there is a need to find more flexible management tools that would reduce the probability of potential economic losses of business entities and ensure the growth of profit per unit of invested capital. The tactics of risk management at a milk processing enterprise should be reduced either to risk avoidance, or to the prevention of expected loss, or to risk acceptance, and ultimately to risk transfer. The risk management system involves the use of the following methods: risk avoidance, loss prevention, risk acceptance, risk transfer. We recommend using risk diversification in the activities of milk processing enterprises. Scope of research results. Research results can be used in the development of short-term and long-term development plans of milk processing enterprises.
